Job Duties

Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards
check guests in and out
follow checklists, run reports, handle cash and other payments, make reservations for walk ins
effectively communicate guest requests to other departments
resolve guest issues promptly with a positive outcome
