The Seasonal Front Bar Receptionist role at FACE FOUNDRIÉ is integral to enhancing the client experience and supporting the operational success of the skincare bar. This part-time, seasonal position involves working Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 2pm to 7:30pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 12pm, with opportunities to extend shifts during busy periods. The role does not require an esthetician license, making it accessible for those passionate about customer service and skincare without formal esthetic certification. The receptionists are expected to uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ's high standards in customer service, support sales goals, manage scheduling, and maintain organized and fully stocked workspaces. They will work closely with the Salon Manager to ensure inventory levels remain adequate and will assist with operational tasks to guarantee the store functions smoothly. Additionally, the role requires strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
