Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar food service role preferred
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
- Ability to push and pull heavy items
- Must have open availability during Spring Break and Summer including weekends and holidays
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors

- Experience as a food expeditor or runner or similar role
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service periods

- Ability to work outdoors and under sun exposure
- Understanding of California hygiene and food safety rules

Job Duties
- Assist food servers by delivering food items to guests
- Work with the Expo Line to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain excellent communication with kitchen and dining room staff
- Buss tables by clearing dishes and trash promptly
- Organize and maintain service areas for efficiency
- Provide friendly and energetic service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations
