Cinepolis Team Members are responsible for upholding Nice and Amazing Service standards by following all In Seat Dining procedures, working closely with kitchen and expediting staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery, and effectively navigating guest requests and complaints. The position demands a proactive approach to helping team members, maintaining auditorium cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth theater operation during opening, mid, and closing shifts. Physical demands include walking, bending, standing, and some lifting, requiring a capacity to handle the theater environment's noise and activity levels. - ServSafe food handling and alcohol training certifications required

Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older

- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner
- Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Have integrity and can be counted on to do the right thing
Job Duties
- Deliver concessions items kitchen items and bar items to guests including utensils sauces and napkins while embodying nice and amazing service by following all in seat dining procedures
- Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate commitment and integrity at all times double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen expediter supervisors if they are not
- Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions add-ons or upselling demonstrating knowledge of menu and cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items
- Clean auditoriums removing all dishes trash and providing managers with any found items
- Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests cleaning and restroom checks and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
