Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • availability to work full time on a seasonal basis
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • no prior experience required

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of food and beverage service helpful

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests
  • monitor club for seating availability, service, safety and well-being of guests
  • serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests and build memorable experiences
  • communicate with kitchen on orders and product availability
  • record transactions in Micros system
  • maintain cleanliness and order of bar and dining areas
  • prepare and serve beverages at guests’ request
  • stock ice, glassware and supplies
  • anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
  • wash dishes and serving utensils
  • complete opening and closing duties
  • requisition necessary supplies and transport them
  • secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
  • document pertinent information in department logbook
  • complete designated cashier reports and resolve discrepancies
  • follow property control audit standards
  • report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • verify uniform and personal appearance
  • maintain confidentiality
  • protect company assets
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • anticipate and address guests’ needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • speak clearly and professionally
  • prepare and review written documents
  • answer telephones using etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • support team goals
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • stand, sit or walk for extended periods
  • perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
