The pay for this non-management position is set at $30.12 per hour, reflecting the hotel's dedication to offering competitive wages to attract capable professionals. Problem-solving abilities are necessary for handling cashier reports and resolving any discrepancies efficiently. The associate is expected to uphold Marriott’s standards in guest service, including assisting individuals with disabilities and using professional communication at all times. Physical stamina is vital, as the role involves lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods. Flexibility to perform additional reasonable duties as directed by supervisors ensures a collaborative and cooperative work environment.

Working within the Boston Marriott Cambridge and Marriott International frameworks offers associates a chance to be part of a globally admired brand synonymous with hospitality excellence, community, and innovation.

Joining the team provides not only a job but a pathway to personal and professional growth, where associates are encouraged to become the best versions of themselves.
