- availability to work full time on a seasonal basis
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests
- monitor club for seating availability, service, safety and well-being of guests
- serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests and build memorable experiences
- communicate with kitchen on orders and product availability
- record transactions in Micros system
- maintain cleanliness and order of bar and dining areas
- prepare and serve beverages at guests’ request
- stock ice, glassware and supplies
- anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- wash dishes and serving utensils
- complete opening and closing duties
- requisition necessary supplies and transport them
- secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
- document pertinent information in department logbook
- complete designated cashier reports and resolve discrepancies
- follow property control audit standards
- report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager
- follow company policies and procedures
- verify uniform and personal appearance
- maintain confidentiality
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- anticipate and address guests’ needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- speak clearly and professionally
- prepare and review written documents
- answer telephones using etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- comply with quality assurance standards
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
