The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment that values diversity and equal opportunity, ensuring all employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully to its mission. Based in Wanship, Utah, this role offers a full-time position within a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in event management and hospitality services.

The Event Support Specialist role at Constellation Brands is designed for an energetic and detail-oriented individual passionate about hospitality and event coordination. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Event Coordinators by assisting with the planning and execution of a broad range of events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, weddings, and branded promotional events. The specialist will be instrumental in coordinating essential event details such as timelines, floorplans, guest counts, menus, and dietary requirements, ensuring seamless experiences for all attendees.

Maintaining event spaces' cleanliness, organization, and alignment with guest expectations is an essential responsibility.

In addition, the specialist assists in resolving on-site guest concerns, vendor issues, and logistical challenges promptly and professionally. The role demands a proactive approach to maintaining event supply and equipment inventories and supporting continuous process improvements aligned with company standards. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates must be flexible in their work schedule, as events often occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring adaptability and a strong work ethic. The role also involves physical activity, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 55 pounds, and working in varied environments such as kitchens and outdoor venues where conditions may vary. Constellation Brands emphasizes team collaboration, inclusivity, and effective communication, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking growth and development within the hospitality and events industry.
