Job Description
Peak Beverage is a well-established company specializing in beverage catering services. Known for its professional and dynamic team, Peak Beverage offers tailored beverage experiences at a variety of events such as weddings, corporate functions, private parties, festivals, and concerts throughout the area. The company has built a strong reputation in the event catering industry by providing outstanding service and quality beverage options that enhance every occasion. Peak Beverage prides itself on creating memorable guest experiences through its dedication to excellent service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
For the 2026 season, Peak Beverage is seeking seasonal bartenders to join its event team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cocktails and beverage service who thrive in fast-paced, event-driven environments. As a seasonal bartender at Peak Beverage, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse settings ranging from elegant weddings to large-scale festivals. No two shifts are alike, providing a dynamic work atmosphere where adaptability and enthusiasm are key. You will represent one of the most respected beverage catering teams in the industry, delivering service that reflects the company’s high standards.
Bartenders at Peak Beverage are responsible for crafting and serving a range of beverages including signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. The role requires exceptional customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to efficiently set up and break down bars across various event environments. Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout each shift is essential to ensure smooth operations and compliance with alcohol safety and service guidelines. Team members participate in company-provided training to maintain consistency and uphold the excellent reputation of Peak Beverage.
This position is seasonal and event-based, primarily active on weekends with a heavy concentration of shifts on Saturdays. It requires dependability, responsiveness to scheduling updates, and reliable transportation to event sites, as travel is an inherent part of the role. Physical stamina is also important, as bartenders must be able to consistently lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods of up to 8-10 hours per shift. Peak Beverage values a supportive and inclusive team culture and encourages individuals who are excited to contribute to a lively and fast-paced work environment to apply.
Compensation is competitive and includes participation in tip pools, making this an attractive opportunity for both experienced bartenders and newcomers eager to develop their skills in a vibrant setting. Peak Beverage also offers a range of benefits such as product discounts, workman’s compensation coverage, retirement benefit options, and paid time off. This role offers a unique way to engage with the hospitality industry on a flexible, seasonal basis while being part of a professional team dedicated to delivering exceptional event experiences.
