Job Requirements

  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
  • at least three years of related work experience
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • ability to follow safety and security policies
  • ability to maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Job Qualifications

  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
  • at least three years of related work experience
  • ability to assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
  • ability to follow company safety and security policies and procedures
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships

Job Duties

  • Prepare special meals or substitute items
  • regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
  • pull food from freezer storage to thaw in refrigerator
  • ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
  • maintain food logs
  • monitor quality and quantity of food that is prepared
  • communicate assistance needed during busy periods
