As part of a comprehensive new development featuring 17 ski lifts, approximately 1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with around 1,350 rooms, vast conference and retail space spanning roughly 250,000 square feet, and one of the world’s largest ski beaches, this establishment stands as a premier hospitality destination. The hotel boasts 436 opulent accommodations comprising 381 guest rooms and 55 residential units. Guests are treated to approximately 30,000 square feet of adaptable indoor meeting spaces alongside numerous dining options including a lobby level 3-meal restaurant and bar, a signature bar, a pool/après ski bar and grill, and a coffee bistro. Recreational offerings include a large outdoor event terrace, pools, three whirlpools, a kids club, and a fitness area. Grand Hyatt Deer Valley's commitment to excellence, warm culture, respect, and inclusivity creates an environment where high expectations are exceeded and career growth is limitless.

The Seasonal Concierge role at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is a crucial guest-facing position dedicated to delivering personalized and elevated services during the peak winter season. This position demands comprehensive knowledge of Park City, Deer Valley Resort, local attractions, and a strong familiarity with skiing as a sport. Key responsibilities include arranging reservations for dining, transportation, ski rentals, lift tickets, childcare, and other activities with precision and care. The role thrives on delivering expert local knowledge, confidently explaining ski terrain, ability levels, lesson programs, and resort navigation to guests. Promoting winter-specific attractions such as snowshoeing, tubing, sleigh rides, Nordic skiing, ice skating, and festive holiday programming is essential. The Seasonal Concierge fosters strong relationships with local vendors and partners to enhance guest offerings and assist with resort activations and seasonal programs as needed. Besides operational collaboration with front office and VIP teams, this role emphasizes professional communication across channels to maintain elevated service standards in a high-volume environment. This opportunity is open to candidates who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced seasons, and want to be part of a renowned hotel that prides itself on exceptional guest satisfaction and career opportunities.
