The Seasonal Concierge plays an integral role in enhancing the guest experience by supporting diverse clientele including families, VIPs, and visitors requiring high-touch services. Attuned to the dynamic nature of the ski resort’s busy winter months, the concierge manages a high volume of guest requests professionally, efficiently, and warmly, ensuring seamless and memorable stays. Key responsibilities include arranging reservations for dining, transportation, ski rentals, lift tickets, childcare, and other activities with precision and care. The role thrives on delivering expert local knowledge, confidently explaining ski terrain, ability levels, lesson programs, and resort navigation to guests. Promoting winter-specific attractions such as snowshoeing, tubing, sleigh rides, Nordic skiing, ice skating, and festive holiday programming is essential.
