Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year experience using a computer
- Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology
- Less than 1 year retail experience performing customer service and housekeeping tasks
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Job Duties
- Provides SMART customer service through execution of Lowe's policies
- Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists with locating and demonstrating merchandise
- Responds promptly to customer and associate questions
- Demonstrates sincere appreciation to customers
- Communicates information on stock, special orders, and warranties
- Writes contracts and invoices for rentals and repairs
- Cross-functionally trains in other store areas
- Detects shoplifting and security risks and reports them
- Maintains cleanliness and organization through housekeeping standards
- Ensures safety by conducting reviews, noting hazards, and securing premises
- Adheres to safety requirements in job duties
- Operates store equipment specific to the role
