This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Lowe's team as a Customer Service Associate. The position focuses on delivering SMART customer service, relying on Lowe's policies, procedures, and programs to ensure outstanding service at all times. The Customer Service Associate is tasked with proactively engaging customers to understand and fulfill their needs, assisting them in locating, demonstrating, and selecting merchandise, and offering knowledgeable advice on product features, warranties, and benefits. The team member will also be involved in creating customer contracts and invoices for equipment rentals within the Tool Rental Department, cross-training in multiple store areas, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment. They will play a crucial role in loss prevention by recognizing security risks and promptly communicating them to management and asset protection teams. Additionally, maintaining safety and compliance with all required safety protocols is a vital part of the job, which includes operating various store equipment ranging from Zebra phones to paint mixers and copiers.
