Job Requirements
- Part-time availability with 15 to 25 hours per week
- Availability Thursday through Sunday
- Able to work 5 to 6 hour shifts
- May to September seasonal commitment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to perform repetitive prep and cooking tasks
- Willingness to work occasional outdoor events
- Ability to obtain Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Preferred ability to commute or relocate to Boulder, CO 80301
Job Qualifications
- Some kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Comfortable working grill and fryer stations
- Able to stay organized during busy service
- Reliable and punctual
- Team-oriented and willing to help where needed
- Able to obtain Food Handler or ServSafe certification
Job Duties
- Grill burgers and hot dogs during café service
- Prepare fries and other fryer items
- Assist with basic food prep and prep lists
- Maintain food quality and consistency during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized
- Work with the Kitchen Lead to maintain smooth kitchen flow
- Assist with prep for paddle board and athlete event menus
- Support general kitchen cleanliness and organization
