RMP is currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Line Cooks to join the Lakeside Café team for the summer season. This part-time role is centered around delivering high-quality, simple, and fun summer-inspired menu items to guests enjoying a day at the reservoir. Line Cooks at RMP work closely with the Kitchen Lead to ensure smooth kitchen operations amid busy summer weekends and special paddleboard and athlete events hosted by the company. Job Requirements

  • Part-time availability with 15 to 25 hours per week
  • Availability Thursday through Sunday
  • Able to work 5 to 6 hour shifts
  • May to September seasonal commitment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to perform repetitive prep and cooking tasks
  • Willingness to work occasional outdoor events
  • Ability to obtain Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Preferred ability to commute or relocate to Boulder, CO 80301

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Grill burgers and hot dogs during café service
  • Prepare fries and other fryer items
