Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods more than 8 hours
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working outdoors with sun exposure
Strong verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work a seasonal, on-call schedule

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Comfortable speaking and understanding English
Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
Flexibility to work varying hours including peak and busy periods

Job Duties

Maintain tabletop cleanliness and stock service stations with supplies, condiments, linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and ice
Clean and polish all service supplies ensuring guest satisfaction
Fulfill guest special requests such as making coffee, iced tea, refilling water, and assisting with special occasions
Report and collaborate to correct any imperfections and blemishes in the hotel's environment
Communicate effectively with other departments and hotel teams to ensure seamless operations
Stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 50 pounds
Adapt to outdoor working conditions including sun exposure and varying daily duties
