Physical demands of the role include standing or walking for extended periods, lifting and manipulating objects up to 50 pounds, and navigating various surfaces and elevations within the work environment. The position encourages teamwork and mutual support among staff to achieve common goals.
Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent but do not require prior related work or supervisory experience, nor do they need any specific licenses or certifications.
