This role is for a Guest Service Support Expert within the Food and Beverage department of Marriott Irvine Spectrum. The position is part-time, non-management, with a pay rate of $19.30 per hour and is tip eligible. The role is dynamic and vital to ensuring smooth operations within the food and beverage service areas. Unlike a traditional role focused solely on food delivery, this position emphasizes building unforgettable guest experiences by supporting various service aspects. The Guest Service Support Expert is expected to actively engage in setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas.

This job requires someone who is on their feet for extended periods, moving across different areas of the hotel’s food and beverage spaces, managing menus, and physically handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance. The role demands a hands-on approach and a commitment to professionalism in appearance, communication, and grooming. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
  • open availability including weekends and evenings
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • must follow company policies and procedures
  • willingness to work part-time
  • ability to maintain personal appearance and professional communication
  • food runner experience preferred
