Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-year previous bussing experience required, 2 years preferred
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to read, write, and converse effectively
- Ability to follow and execute instructions thoroughly
- Basic understanding of equipment operation and ability to follow instructions for safe use
- Ability to read labels and product information
- Ability to solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Interpret instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram formats
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the dishwashing area for extended periods
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in an indoor, controlled environment and occasionally outdoors with moderate noise level
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Must be willing to work as a team player with all club staff
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of assigned food service areas
- Responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations
- Set and prepare service areas for dining including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water
- Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report defects for repair
- Maintain proper and adequate supply and set-up of supplies needed for successful service
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues timely, friendly, and efficiently
