Job Description

The Bay Club Company (TBCC) is a distinguished hospitality company providing exceptional club experiences that blend luxury, community, and outstanding service. TBCC operates a variety of private clubs and recreational facilities that cater to a diverse clientele seeking exclusivity, comfort, and memorable moments. Known for its commitment to a unique culture and a high standard of service, TBCC maintains an environment where employees are encouraged to embody the company's values, known as the "Code of Culture." This code highlights respect for the past, responsibility, teamwork, humility, curiosity, and proactive ownership of the business. TBCC strives to create a workplace where open communication, honesty, and empathy are deeply ingrained, driving a collaborative and positive team atmosphere. The company also emphasizes its promise to provide service forward, consistently uphold standards, and prioritize doing the right thing in every interaction.

The Busser role at TBCC is a crucial position within the food and beverage service team, designed to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of dining service areas. As a busser, you will be responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and supporting the overall guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization to the highest standards. The position requires a strong team player attitude to work effectively with other club staff and leadership, and it involves responding promptly and politely to member requests and inquiries.

In addition to routine tasks, bussers at TBCC play a vital role in preparing service areas, handling tableware, and supporting both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams by transporting and managing dirty dishes for cleaning. This role demands attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and the physical capability to perform lifting and extended periods of standing or walking. TBCC offers an engaging work environment that promotes career growth within a hospitality company that values its people and culture.

Employment for the busser position is hourly with a competitive compensation rate of $26.00 per hour. This role offers an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic setting with flexible scheduling to accommodate nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will uphold TBCC’s cultural values and contribute to a positive environment that makes guests feel welcomed and valued. This job demands a proactive, humble, and hardworking approach, with an emphasis on being a dependable team member who supports a unified team effort and outstanding service standards.
