The Bartender position at Life Time is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that plays a vital role in enhancing the member and guest experience. This role requires a bartender who not only understands the complexities of preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages but also remains compliant with all alcohol serving laws. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails following established recipes, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and providing excellent customer service while engaging with members in a friendly and professional manner. The position is hourly, with wages starting at $16.50 and up to $19.50 depending on experience and qualifications. This role also requires a commitment to safety, including obtaining CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire, ensuring the well-being of all patrons.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of bartending experience
- Certified to serve alcohol
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
Job Qualifications

- Experience with inventory and ordering preferred
Job Duties
- Follows recipes in order to appropriately prepare cocktails and other drinks, including adding garnish
- Serves members and customers in a timely fashion, including checking identification, accepting payment, and answering any questions that may arise
- Maintains cleanliness by cleaning bar surface, furniture, and equipment and returning used dishware to the bar/kitchen
- Maintains supplies by re-stocking liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients and replacing beer barrels
- Reconciles the bar's cash register at the end of the shift
