Known for its lively atmosphere, excellent food, and diverse selection of craft beers brewed on-site, the Bear Tooth Theatrepub offers guests a memorable dining and social experience. Combining the love of movies and great food, this establishment creates a welcoming environment that appeals to locals and tourists alike. It operates as a full-service restaurant and bar, featuring locally inspired cuisine alongside specialty drinks. The theater aspect of the venue hosts a variety of film screenings, adding an element of entertainment that sets it apart from a traditional pub or restaurant. This creates a dynamic workplace where staff have the chance to interact with a broad customer base, delivering exceptional service in a spirited environment.
As a bartender at the Bear Tooth Theatrepub, you join an enthusiastic team dedicated to crafting delicious drinks and providing friendly, professional service to every guest. This seasonal position runs through the summer until mid-September and requires open availability with weekend shifts mandatory. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages accurately while also ensuring that each patron has a remarkable experience during their visit. You will need to have at least one year of restaurant experience, with a preference for individuals who thrive in busy, fast-paced settings. The role involves not only mixing drinks but also maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and compliance with alcohol beverage regulations. Attention to detail in handling monetary transactions and using the point-of-sale systems efficiently is essential. This position emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a strong work ethic in a spirited, demanding workplace. By contributing your skills and energy, you will help create an enjoyable atmosphere reflecting the unique character of the Bear Tooth Theatrepub while gaining valuable experience in hospitality services and bartending.
