This role is for a Bartender position within Hilton's vibrant team culture. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong customer service skills
Compliance with local alcohol service laws
Must be of legal drinking age in the hiring location

Job Duties

Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their experience special
Prepare and serve beverages by mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service
Process payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system to handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
Monitor product quality by managing inventory and ensuring the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
Address guest concerns professionally by managing situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
