- at least 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience
- ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
- ability to move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- adherence to company safety and security policies

Job Duties
- prepare drink orders according to recipes
- issue open and serve wine and champagne bottles
- set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and tables
- prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- stock ice glassware and paper supplies
- wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares
- anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- process payment methods and secure bank at end of shift
- complete closing duties
- secure liquors beers wines cabinets and storage areas
- follow safety and security policies
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- ensure adherence to quality expectations
