Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends
- Knowledge of common cocktails, wine, and beer
- Must have a current Food Handlers Card and OLCC permit
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30-45 pounds consistently
- Maintain a high level of service during both busy and slow hours
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of common cocktails, wine, and beer
- Current Food Handlers Card
- OLCC permit
- Ability to lift 30-45 pounds consistently
- Experience working in hospitality or bartending preferred
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Maintain composure and professionalism in peak hours and slow times
- Greet and acknowledge members by name and remember their drink preferences
- Inspect bar prior to opening in coordination with the opening par sheet to ensure all supplies are ready for the shift
- Prepare drinks according to house cocktail and standard drink recipes
- Memorize house wines, liquors, and beer
- Input food and drink orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
- Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
- Stock bar as needed
- maintain and clean all bar equipment including glassware
- Be a part of a team that looks to consistently exceed members' expectations
- Abide by sanitation requirements set by WCC and OSHA
- Assist other members of the WCC team as needed, including but not limited to event set up and break downs
