SEASONAL BARTENDER

We are currently seeking professional, high-energy bartenders with excellent communication skills to join our team. This role is essential in serving our customers with quality drinks and providing outstanding service that enhances their experience. The bartenders will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and serving and selling drinks efficiently and responsibly. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, product knowledge, and keen attention to detail to handle orders promptly while also ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to alcohol service. The bartenders will manage the inventory of consumables and non-consumables, communicate any needs to the supervisors, and maintain the bar area’s cleanliness and readiness, including setup and breakdown before and after shifts. Additionally, bartenders will process all cash and credit/debit transactions accurately using a POS system.

The job also includes responsibilities such as making drink recommendations based on customers’ preferences, ensuring that all customers are of legal drinking age by checking identification, and participating in event preparations as necessary. Physical demands of the role include standing, walking, bending for extended periods, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Candidates should be prepared to work in various weather conditions and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Seasonal staff working during the Musikfest event will have the opportunity to earn a bonus, contingent upon meeting minimum shift requirements. The ideal candidate will have a positive, engaging personality along with prior professional experience, and excellent verbal communication skills. Preferred certifications include RAMP, which enhances the bartender’s ability to serve responsibly and safely.
