Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
legal age to serve alcohol
ability to stand for long periods
excellent customer service skills
ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
attention to detail
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

experience in bartending or customer service

Job Duties

taking drink orders and preparing the customer's drink
making recommendations to customers based on preference when asked
checking identification to ensure customers are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages
taking inventory of all stock - consumables and non-consumables - and alerting supervisor of what might be needed
processing all cash and credit/debit transactions ensuring that charges are accurate using a POS
daily set up and breakdown of bar area and properly storing products during closed hours
daily bar preparations including restocking and fruit cutting
bar set up in advance of events
