The seasonal Barback role at Dune Deck Beach Club is a pivotal position within the Food & Beverage Service Department, available from May 14 to September 30, 2026. This role involves supporting bartenders and food and beverage leaders in maintaining optimal service conditions by stocking, preparing, and organizing supplies and environments needed for seamless operation. The Barback will actively contribute to the Discovery Land Company experience by ensuring that the bars and service areas are consistently well-stocked, clean, and efficient throughout service hours. Their responsibilities include restocking bars, restrooms, and comfort stations to maintain appropriate inventory levels while assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as checking equipment functionality and changing kegs. This position requires close collaboration with the food and beverage team, including taking and processing orders, preparing beverages, ensuring payment handling accuracy, and possessing sufficient knowledge of menu items and cocktail recipes to assist guests promptly. The role demands adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and overall safety standards to uphold the club’s quality benchmarks.
