As a Barback, you will assist bartenders by preparing all necessary items for flawless service, maintaining ample stock and product availability, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience. You will also develop foundational knowledge of spirits, craft cocktails, and the back bar that will enrich your professional skills and understanding of the industry. The role includes working in varied environments, including indoors and outdoors, and requires physical stamina to lift up to 55 pounds and work in conditions that may involve loud noise, varying temperatures, and exposure to mechanical equipment.
