The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy boxes regularly. Prior barback experience, forklift certification, knowledge of wine production, and bilingual skills are desirable but not mandatory. The role also includes general support duties related to the visitor center staff, enhancing the overall guest experience.
