Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality or related customer service field
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook and Yardi
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work Thursday through Monday including weekends
- Flexible to work nights and overtime
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in hotel, hospitality, or service industries
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook and Yardi

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of general pool area including organizing and cleaning pool furniture
- Maintain lost and found
- Pick up trash as needed
- Wipe off grills and tables
- Anticipate resident needs
- Adhere to the opening and closing duties
- Generate a safe, warm, and relaxing atmosphere
- Perform consistent walk through of the pool area minimum every 30 minutes to ensure cleanliness and safety and equipment functionality
- Perform other duties as assigned
