- physical ability to work outdoors for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- experience in customer service or environmental education preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- basic knowledge of aquatic ecosystems and invasive species
- ability to follow detailed protocols and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- inform and educate the public about threats of aquatic invasive species
- conduct surveys and watercraft inspections to prevent AIS spread
- perform customer service tasks to ensure efficient park operations
- maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the park reserve
- assist with environmental outreach and awareness programs
- support the implementation of conservation policies
- monitor and report on AIS-related activities
