Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Welcome guests in a gracious and professional manner
- Work quickly in a high-volume environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Set up the host/hostess stand and review reservations
- Open the pool area on schedule every shift
- Inspect cleanliness and proper setup of pool sections, cabanas, and tables
- Manage daily menus ensuring proper condition and accurate content
- Develop a thorough knowledge of menu offerings and server assignments
- Maintain a station chart and cover count
- Ensure adherence to service standards and exceptional guest service
- Handle guests without reservations and those waiting for others
- Manage lost and found items
- Promptly seat reservations at appropriately set tables
- Assist with providing guest lounge chairs
- Address guests by name and handle dissatisfaction promptly
- Inform management of any guest issues and resolutions
