Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 18 months to 3 years of additional training
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Prior retail leadership or supervisory experience desired
- Food safety certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Regional travel required daily 10 to 25 percent

Job Duties
- Interview, select and train team members
- Direct the work of team members
- Appraise team members productivity and efficiency for recommending promotions or status changes
- Handle team member issues including complaints
- Discipline team members
- Plan the work and distribute or assign tasks among team members
- Provide for the safety and security of team members or the store
- Manage the budget for your department or location
- Manage inventory for your department or location
- Monitor or implement compliance measures
- Direct, oversee, and evaluate training to reduce turnover and control labor costs
- Provide motivational leadership focused on respect and exemplary example
- Identify team strengths and opportunities for strategic scheduling
- Develop future leaders and identify team members with growth potential
- Nurture an environment of inclusion and diversity, giving each team member a voice
- Maintain safety as the top priority for team members, guests, and products
- Inspire the team and guests with passion for food and service
- Set and reach aggressive sales and profit goals while managing shrink
- Establish ongoing communication plans ensuring team members are informed and prepared
- Communicate with merchandising team to ensure promotions are properly communicated
- Make innovative plans and suggestions to improve business
- Review and analyze financial, line of business reports and historical data to improve sales, profits, shrink, and labor controls
- Oversee inventories for accuracy and monitor weekly inventory and shrink fluctuations
