Your responsibilities extend to preparing budgets, monitoring sales and expenses, and implementing effective labor strategies. The role also demands hands-on involvement in daily department activities, ensuring that all customers receive courteous and knowledgeable service at all times. You will collaborate closely with store leadership and vendors to promote sustainable seafood sourcing and maintain competitive awareness in the marketplace.

The wage range for this role is $22.40 to $40.40 hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers comprehensive benefits under the "Whole Benefits" program, which includes access to health and wellness support, financial wellness resources, paid time off, store discounts, and other team member perks. Eligibility for these benefits varies based on the work location, length of service, and employment status. Whole Foods Market is committed to providing a fair and equal employment opportunity, promoting diversity and inclusion in its hiring and promotion practices.
