Job Duties

  • efficiently clean, sanitize, and organize all dishes, utensils, and cookware
  • maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish station at all times
  • follow all sanitation and health guidelines
  • assist with cleaning projects in other areas of the restaurant as needed
  • support team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
  • roll out pizza dough using the dough machine while following Spinato's size and portion specifications
  • chop vegetables, open canned items, and store food properly in labeled, dated containers
  • maintain a clean and sanitized prep station in accordance with Spinato's standards
  • assist with additional prep tasks as directed by kitchen leadership
  • work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure readiness for service
