Collaboration is essential in this role, as the scientist will work closely with various internal departments and customers to troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize processes, and drive successful product launches from bench trials to full plant-scale commercial production.

This employment opportunity is full-time and offers a competitive salary in the range of $130,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits provided include unlimited paid time off (subject to approval and business needs), comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, telehealth services, 401K matching, FSA and HSA options, employee assistance programs, wellbeing support, and tuition reimbursement.
