The Speech-Language Pathologist in this role will provide therapy and support services tailored to elementary-aged students who require speech and language development assistance. The clinician will conduct detailed assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and monitor students' progress to ensure therapeutic goals are met effectively. Collaboration with teachers, families, and educational professionals is critical to creating a supportive environment and fostering student success. Documentation and compliance with district and school policies will be necessary for accountability and tracking purposes. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a diverse caseload efficiently, prioritizing students' needs while delivering both group and individualized interventions. Job Requirements
- Degree in speech-language pathology
- Active SLP license
- Minimum of one year of speech-language pathology experience
