This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $70,000 to $72,000. The Scheduling Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring security officers are effectively scheduled and deployed in the field for Securitas' high-profile clients. The Scheduling Project Manager manages and maintains comprehensive schedules for large contracts in the Austin area, focusing on maintaining required staffing levels. They work collaboratively with district managers and stakeholders to minimize overtime, handle rapid scheduling changes, and ensure all shifts are covered efficiently. In addition to scheduling duties, this position provides support for payroll accuracy and billing processes, ensuring precision and attention to detail in financial operations. The role also involves communicating schedule modifications to staff and community stakeholders promptly and professionally.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable interacting with a broad range of individuals in both office and field environments, display strong conflict resolution and customer service skills, and have expertise in managing proprietary scheduling software. This role requires a candidate with at least two years of experience in related areas such as payroll, data entry, dispatching, or management. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with advanced computer and technology skills.

Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED required
- advanced computer or technology skills needed and able to manage multiple programs for a single project
- must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal or written communication
- conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- customer service background preferred
- must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner in an office and field environment
- must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
- must have great attention to detail
- must be comfortable conducting access control duties
- must be a subject matter expert of proprietary software given by the Company and Client
- must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Independently manages, establishes, maintains and reviews schedules for a large Securitas contract in the Austin area
- manages and performs daily, weekly and ongoing tasks for payroll completion and accuracy
- provides management support for shared service functions including billing and invoicing as well as attention to detail with accounts receivable processes and policy
- matches available staff to a wide range of posts and is responsible for communicating schedule modifications to a variety of community stakeholders
- communicates all scheduling modifications directly with staff in a timely manner
- works strategically with the District Manager to minimize overtime through effective scheduling tactics
- contacts and re-deploys staff to fill call-offs
- responds quickly to rapid schedule shifts and client requests with collaborative approach
- controls processes in automated resource systems
