Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Teams)
- Ability to learn scheduling software and adapt to new technology
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple phone calls, emails, and scheduling requests simultaneously

Job Duties
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and scheduling requests from customers
- Scheduling and dispatching certified flaggers to job sites across New England
- Coordinating last-minute callouts, schedule changes, and emergency staffing requests
- Communicating with field employees regarding assignments, shift confirmations, and schedule updates
- Monitoring staffing levels to ensure all customer requests are filled efficiently
- Maintaining accurate scheduling records and updating scheduling software
- Working closely with the daytime scheduling team to ensure seamless shift handoffs
- Providing outstanding customer service while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
