We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Scheduling Assistant to join our Customer Care Center team. This is an important role focused on generating appointments with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. The Scheduling Assistant is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing information, and scheduling appointments efficiently to support the sales team. This position offers a monthly salary ranging from $4,000 to $6,000, along with an attractive benefits package that promotes employee wellness, financial security, and work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented individual with outstanding communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the frontline point of contact, responding promptly, professionally, and courteously to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Your ability to multitask and work efficiently with CRM systems and dealership resources will be vital in creating a seamless customer experience and supporting team collaboration. This role requires flexibility as you will work 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
