The Scheduler position, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a full-time, office-based role starting at $20 per hour. This essential role involves managing the scheduling of visits for a variety of clinical staff using the company’s scheduling platform, Paseva. The Scheduler plays a critical part in ensuring that patient visits are efficiently coordinated and that clinical staff assignments are optimized to meet patient needs. This includes scheduling visits for newly referred patients, coordinating staff schedules including paid time off and call-offs, and facilitating communication with patients and healthcare providers. The Scheduler also supports Clinical Directors with staff evaluations and onboarding processes, maintains accurate documentation and reports, and assists in resolving scheduling-related issues across departments.

This role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and advanced proficiency with computer systems. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience scheduling in a healthcare setting—preferably home health—and medical office experience. Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is crucial to navigate the complexities of healthcare scheduling effectively. The Scheduler will work standard office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, reporting to the Indianapolis office.
