The company is currently seeking an outstanding Scheduler to join its team in a full-time capacity. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $23 to $26 per hour. The Scheduler plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the health center by coordinating and scheduling the health center staff effectively. This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Scheduler ensures adequate staffing coverage by managing call outs and maintaining shift coverage to meet the mandatory staffing ratios required by the facility. Additionally, the Scheduler reviews time off requests, communicates with staff regarding accommodations, posts schedules at least bi-weekly, and assists nurse management with administrative and clerical tasks.

This role is crucial in maintaining the operational excellence of the health center and directly contributes to the quality of care that residents receive. The Scheduler also tracks attendance, manages timecard corrections, approves bi-weekly timecard processes for payroll, and may occasionally fill in for open caregiver shifts.
