Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work mornings and afternoon/evening shifts on varying days
- reliable transportation to and from work location
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- ability to stand and move throughout the shift

- previous experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet serving may be required at certain locations
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages to patrons at counters and tables in coffee shops, lunchrooms, and other dining establishments
- present menus to customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
- memorize or write order on check, relay order to kitchen, and serve food and beverages from kitchen and service bars
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
