Catering to a diverse clientele across corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, and aviation lounges, SodexoMagic stands out by combining innovative solutions with a deep commitment to local communities. Their unique partnership enables them to offer creative, client-focused services that foster strong relationships and a sense of belonging within the communities they serve.
As a SCA Waiter/Waitress Non-Tipped at SodexoMagic, you will play an essential role as a warm-welcoming ambassador of exceptional customer service. The pay rate ranges from $18.08 to $23.16 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to valuing its employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to patrons in various dining settings such as coffee shops, lunchrooms, and other establishments operated by SodexoMagic. It is a non-tipped service position, emphasizing the importance of creating a positive guest experience through attentive and courteous service. Your duties will include presenting menus, answering customers’ questions, making recommendations, accurately taking and relaying orders to the kitchen, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring customers’ satisfaction throughout their visit. Punctuality and reliability are essential, as showing up on time for scheduled shifts is crucial to maintaining smooth operations.
SodexoMagic seeks team-oriented candidates who are adaptable, dependable, and committed to fostering a safe and healthy work environment. While prior experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet serving may be required at certain locations, this role is open to those with zero to one year of related experience, making it an ideal entry point for individuals seeking to build a career in hospitality and food service.

Employees at SodexoMagic also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package which includes paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, retirement savings plans such as a 401k, and employee discount programs. Additional site-specific benefits may be offered depending on the location, like free shift meals, uniforms, safety shoes, and transportation support.
Working with SodexoMagic means being part of a larger mission to positively impact communities through service excellence and diversity. The company fosters a workplace where all individuals are respected and supported, with equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics. This commitment to inclusion and belonging ensures that every team member feels valued and empowered to thrive.
Overall, this role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality, motivated to provide outstanding customer experiences, and looking for flexible, meaningful work with a respected industry leader renowned for its dedication to employees and community impact.
