Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of relevant cooking experience
- availability for varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- ability to work full-time
- demonstrate reliability and punctuality
- ability to maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment
- comply with all food safety regulations and standards

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities by various cooking methods meat poultry fish and vegetables
- season and cook all cuts of meat fish and poultry
- boil steam or fry vegetables
- make gravies soups sauces roasts meat pies fricassees casseroles and stews
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned that may differ based on business necessities and client requirements
