Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum three years of cooking experience in a commercial or institutional kitchen
- Ability to work overnight weekday shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities of meat poultry fish and vegetables by various cooking methods
- Season and cook all cuts of meat fish and poultry
- Boil steam or fry vegetables
- Make gravies soups sauces roasts meat pies fricassees casseroles and stews
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on account needs and client requirements
