The role of SCA Cook II at SodexoMagic is a full-time position located within an economic institution, offering an hourly pay range of $20.00 to $22.00. This position involves working weekdays with varying shifts, where open availability is preferred to accommodate client needs. As an integral member of the SodexoMagic team, the SCA Cook II is responsible for preparing large quantities of nutritious, diverse dishes with meticulous attention to quality and food safety. This role demands the ability to cook meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables using various methods such as boiling, steaming, frying, roasting, and more. The cook will create gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews, demonstrating culinary skills across multiple cuisines and preparation techniques.

Beyond the technical cooking skills, the SCA Cook II is also charged with upholding the highest standards of customer service, contributing actively to food waste reduction initiatives, and fostering a safe, healthy working environment. Attendance and punctuality are essential since this role supports the consistent delivery of services aligned with client expectations. Additional duties may be assigned depending on business necessities or client-specific requirements, reflecting the role’s adaptable and team-oriented nature.

Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years of cooking experience

Job Duties
