Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of cooking experience
- open availability for varying weekday shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation practices
- capable of working as part of a team and independently
- strong attention to detail and time management skills

Job Duties
- prepare large quantities of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables by various cooking methods
- season and cook all cuts of meats, fish, and poultry
- boil, steam, or fry vegetables
- make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
- reduce food waste and maintain high food safety standards
