Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekdays
- Open availability preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to food safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented adaptable and reliable
- Successful completion of related culinary training preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar cooking role
- Ability to foster a healthy and safe working environment
Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities by various methods of cooking meat poultry fish and vegetables
- Season and cook all cuts of various meats fish and poultry
- Boil steam or fry vegetables
- Make gravies soups sauces roasts meat pies fricassees casseroles and stews
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
