While prior experience is beneficial, this role welcomes applicants with anywhere from zero to two years of related work experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their culinary skills in a supportive and structured environment. The company supports ongoing training and development opportunities, empowering employees to transform their job into a fulfilling career.

Depending on the location, additional site-specific benefits may be available, such as free shift meals, meal allowances or per diems, uniforms, safety shoes, public transportation support, and parking assistance. Sodexo encourages candidates to inquire about benefits during the interview process to understand the full scope of opportunities and support offered.
