Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Culinary arts degree preferred but extensive culinary experience will be considered
  • 1-2 years of experience in kitchen operations
  • Valid Food Manager Certification required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for engaging the community and providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for up to 4 hours and perform various physical tasks
  • Ability to work in a dynamic kitchen environment with potential hazards

  • Stay current on products and actively engage in training to maintain culinary expertise
  • Drive sales by promoting class enrollment and retail items showcased in classes
  • Achieve revenue goals through high enrollment and positive customer feedback
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for classes ensuring clean and functional workstations
