We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of buildings and facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner will perform a variety of janitorial duties, which include operating specialized cleaning equipment, handling chemicals responsibly, and supporting general facility maintenance as needed. This position is well-suited for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, as it does not require a high school diploma or prior formal education, although some experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned buildings and facilities, focusing primarily on restroom sanitation and ensuring restock of necessary supplies. You will also clean floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming and handle interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions. The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner is expected to diligently follow assigned work schedules and route cards, report any barriers or maintenance needs to management, and adhere to all safety, security, and quality standards. The role requires physical activity such as moving furniture, cabinets, boxes, and equipment manually or with hand trucks. Additionally, the candidate must have effective communication skills to establish positive working relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
