We are currently seeking skilled Sauté or Broiler Cooks to join our culinary team. This position is pivotal in delivering the high-quality food and dining experience that our guests expect. The role involves preparing food items to order by following established recipes and presentation guidelines while ensuring guest requests are met with accuracy and care. Our cooks play an essential role in coordinating food orders to guarantee timely and efficient service, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our rigorous quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • food handler’s certification preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move items as required
  • commitment to maintaining high safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a sauté or broiler cook preferred
  • knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong attention to detail
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • culinary degree or formal training is a plus
  • ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines accurately
