Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality sauté or broiler food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Accommodate special guest requests to ensure a personalized dining experience
  • Coordinate food orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to the table
  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices to uphold guest safety
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Monitor food quality and portion control to minimize waste
  • Assist in maintaining clean and organized workstations in compliance with health regulations
