Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen or cooking role preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion controls
  • Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time and maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene
  • Prepare all food items following company specifications, recipes, procedures, and quality standards
  • Apply proper food safety techniques including hygiene, hand washing, glove use, and knife skills
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the preparation area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents
  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold foods such as salads, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers
  • Carve and slice meats and cheeses as needed
